Although small claims court is designed to be more “user friendly” for defendant’s without attorneys, you may lose the advantage in your case if you do not know the process. I will represent you for only $575.00 in Milwaukee and Waukesha Counties. *Charges are slightly higher in other counties. In most cases, when you hire an attorney you will not need to take off of work or make other arrangements for court appearances. The attorney will appear on your behalf. *Additional charge of $250.00 for preparation and appearance at trial. Court filing fees and costs not included.
