I understand that one of the most frustrating things for a landlord is a tenant who does not pay rent, a tenant who damages YOUR property, or a tenant who otherwise does not follow the lease agreement. Whether this is your first or your 500th tenant issue, Roney Law Office, LLC, is there to help. I offer services to assist landlords with lease drafting and review, tenant history checks, management, and of course, legal proceedings including evictions. I am very familiar with the eviction process and would be happy to discuss it with you in detail. Please also note that if an LLC owns the rental property only a full-time employee of the LLC or a licensed attorney can make appearances on behalf of the LLC in court. I will represent you in your eviction or damage lawsuit for a flat fee of $175.00* (which includes preparation of the lawsuit and the initial court appearance) and an additional charge of $125.00 for every necessary court appearance after the first appearance. *Court filing fees and costs not included.
